Back Squat
EMOM 5 minutes:
4 Back Squats
70-80%
These squats should be moved fairly quickly. The rest period will not feel like much toward the end of this piece. As you fatigue, fight to stay in control and have quality reps rather than just free falling and praying you stand up.

2. Metcon

CrossFit Games Open 16.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (10 alternating leg in place lunges)
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (10 alternating leg in place lunges)
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

Take all the experiences from this year of training and strategize this workout better than you did in 2016. Between that and your improved fitness, we expect to see huge PRs.
