Strongman training simply gives athletes a new way to test their strength. Strongman uses “Odd Objects” such as stones, tires, and many other implements to use strength and speed. Anybody can take Strongman classes. You do not have to be a giant “strong man”.
We are currently training 4 local athletes, all of whom started in CrossFit and later competed in Strongman, as they prepare for Strongman Nationals in July 2022. They earned those spots while training under the guidance of our Strongman Coach, Michael Carroll.
