Olympic Weightlifting: Strength & Technique

Dial in positions, power, speed, and strength in your Olympic and Power Lifts.

This is a trainer lead class on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6pm. On Tuesday’s we are currently working on breaking down Olympic lifts (Snatch or Clean & Jerk) to become more proficient in our positions and technique and strong in the overall lift.

On Thursday’s we are working on a mix of PowerBuilding. Power lifts (Squat/Bench/Deadlift) and Bodybuilding such as curls, lunges, and a large variety of exercises to work on smaller muscle groups and stabilizers that will both help our strength, but also our performance in other classes, avoid injury, and look our best.
