This is for kids 6-12 or 13 years old. Kids will sweat, jump, and learn in a class/team environment under the guidance and training of a coach. Learn the basic mechanics of lifting (with light objects), learn to climb, learn to use their own bodyweight, learn different styles of workouts, and most importantly gain confidence in their abilities in a really fun environment.

At around 13 years old, we will assess if they should join Strength and Conditioning Group Fitness classes with the adults as typically they are ready for those classes and those classes become more appropriate for their development and athletic level.
