A 1-hour trainer lead power/bodybuilding strength class. 3 full body workouts per week across 6 available class times. We recommend this class for those looking to build and maintain foundational strength for their health, physique, metabolism, and more.
Many of our nutrition clients that are looking to lose body fat enjoy this class and will add 1-2 additional workouts per week if desired (though not required). Building and Maintaining lean muscle mass during weight loss plans is ideal and low impact strength training is how to do that.
