These are the cornerstone of what we do at Crossfit LT. CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity. As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations. If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
Olympic Lifting Clinic
USAW Certified Coach Colin leads our monthly olympic weightlifting class. He will teach the sport of olympic weightlifting as more than a way to look good or get strong (it will do both). The focus will be more of a paradox of life in teaching valuable components of working hard, perfecting/refining technique, being honest about yourself, as well as holding yourself and others to a higher standard of achievement. A typical workout at a Saturday clinic will take you through one particular aspect of the sport such as the snatch, clean/jerk, or assistance lifts such as front squats, pulling movements, RDL’s, etc. The olympic weightlifting coaching staff can also improve the intermediate-advanced lifter to improve their programming, technique, or outlook on the sport. When you set foot in our clinic, you will experience a level of coaching and viewing the Olympic Lifts you simply cannot find in any other Crossfit Gym.
We offer a monthly gymnastics clinic to help refine and sharpen your gymnastic movements and skills. Gymnastics Certified Coach Daniel will walk you through the four areas of gymnastic skills and abilities that are utilized with CrossFit. The focus will be on handstands, gymnastic movements on the bar, ring movements and core stability.
Functional Circuit Clinic
CrossFit Certified Coach Carlos leads a monthly Functional Circuit Clinic. Side-to-side or lateral movements tend to be a weakness for many athletes. Most of our daily and programmed movements are performed inline and vertical (i.e. lunges, squats, push-ups, pull-ups.) With the addition of this clinic we are looking to improve our balance, prevent injury, strengthen external rotation muscles, and improve general performance.
We offer a yoga class every Saturday at 8:00am. Joe is a certified Yoga Instructor and his primary focus is injury prevention, proper alignment, and creating strength. This is a great way to increase mobility and range of motion, improve flexibility and recovery time.

Our Open Gym classes are just that… A designated time slot to allow for focus on your own specific programming, skill work or a chance to make up a missed workout from earlier in the week. This time slot is still facilitated by our coaching staff and we are there to help you with individualized instruction.
