CLASSES RANGING FROM

Beginner to Advanced

Our training principles offer a balance between performance and aesthetics. The classes are programmed for the general public but are modified based on individual needs. We offer group classes for those individuals who thrive in a group setting. These classes are full of encouragement and you will be surrounded by our community.

CrossFit

This program combines high intensity training and functional movements. This encompasses fitness across the physical skills of respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our top notch trainers will guide you through a 60 minute workout consisting of warm-up, skill, strength and conditioning exercises, in a motivating, controlled, and safe environment. Come make new friends! All skill and athletic abilities are welcome.

Personal Training

We offer individualized training programs based on your current level of fitness and the goal you would like to reach. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a high level athlete, we can offer you coaching to get you where you want to go! This is also a great option if you are injured and need specific modifications. More importantly, if you’re looking for the extra accountability that goes along with personal training, this is the option for you! The added bonus, you don’t even have to be a member of Lift and Thrive Athletics!

Olympic Lifting

Open to all abilities, the focus of the program is develop top athlete through perfect mechanics. This is a highly specialized program designed for the improvement and advancement of specific movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. You will be able to focus strictly on your Olympic Lifting skills. This offering is open to our Lift and Thrive clients as well as our clients who would like to come in for the Olympic Lifting Clinics Only. Come join us and be a part of our Barbell Club.

Open Gym

Open Gym is just that! It is a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. This is a great opportunity for you to come in and use our own equipment! You have the option to use our daily programming however, you are also free to do whatever program you choose to do! This offering is open to our Lift and Thrive clients as well as our clients who would like to come in for the Open Gym only. Check out our pricing page to see the options for Open Gym.
