We always welcome visiting CrossFitters. If you are a member at another CrossFit Affiliate or have been regularly CrossFitting for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop into any of our regularly-scheduled group classes or open gym while visiting.

ALL OUT-OF-TOWN CROSSFITTERS MUST:

• Register for the class you would like to attend in advance by clicking on the Sign Up Now button on the schedule.
  You can register for classes up to 2 weeks in advance and as late as 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin.
• Pay the $15 drop-in fee per day
• Arrive for your first class at least 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and introduce yourself to the coach

Our members come to our gym for a number of reasons. They want to lose fat. They hope to gain muscle mass. They want to ready themselves for the summer season. They want to train for a specific sport. But, ultimately, they want to live longer, happier and healthier lives. In our experience we have found that no two members are alike.
