1. What brought you to CrossFit?
I was just finishing up high school, and wanted to stay fit since I would no longer be playing sports. My mom mentioned crossfit so we decided to give it a shot.

2. What was your first impression?
I liked the atmosphere right away. Everyone was friendly and I liked the competitive feeling. Crossfit seemed challenging but I was excited to start beating Isaac in workouts.

3. How has that changed?
Nothing’s changed at all. I still love coming in everyday and competing with friends. Crossfit still challenges me, but I enjoy the mental and physical push.

4. What was your first “Bright Spot”?
What I remember most was when I first got efficient at double unders. I struggled with them for a really long time and it was so rewarding knowing that all of that practice had paid off.

5. What are you working on now?
Right now I’m working on getting better at pegboards, building strength, and planning my workouts strategically. It’s all a very slow work in progress.

6. What’s your favorite CFLT memory?
My favorite memory so far is last years MURPH workout. Thanks to everyone’s support I was able to push myself much harder and I was able to beat my original time by 9 minutes. It was an awesome feeling despite feeling like I was going to pass out
