I'm looking for a new gym to lift at. Do you offer that outside of the group fitness classes?

Yes! We have nearly 4000 sq ft of usable space. While we do offer group fitness, as owners we prefer barbells and lifting programs as well. You are welcome into our gym to do your own workout with any of our equipment. If you’re looking for a strength program, we can also provide that for you.

If you’re looking for a lifting buddy, we also have plenty of those. It’s a great atmosphere for lifting here.

Nutrition Coaching is included in the membership?

Yes! We have a nutritionist(s) on our staff available to you.

Nutrition Coaching with the membership includes a custom plan for you based on your lifestyle and goals, weekly email check ins, monthly body composition scans, and access via email/text/in person to your nutrition coach when you have questions or need additional help.

We will make sure that you are appropriately fueled for your workouts while achieving your physique goals whether that is to lose body fat, build muscle, both, or even learning the magic of maintaining!

What's Your Drop-In Policy?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes join us!

Drop-in fee of $20 per day.

I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod… we will help you achieve your fitness goals.

One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape, age, and movement ability; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.

How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

Choose your rest day intentionally before your rest day chooses you!

What will my first time in your gym be like?

If it’s your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable.

If you’re going to be joining group/team fitness classes, we’ll make sure you have a full tour of the facility, an introduction to the coach and members, and a rundown of the workout. We’ll fold you in like one of our own from day one.

If you’re brand new to training or have been out for some time, we’d like to have some one-on-one time with you. Please let us know you’re coming and we will arrange to meet you ahead of class to give you a tour of the facilities, do a quick fitness assessment, and we’ll walk through what you can expect. We’d also love to talk about your goals at that time.
